When acting as your search agent, we work with you to understand your property requirements and goals. Once this is defined we will search for and view properties on your behalf, providing feedback, and help you fine tune your priorities. As a result of this process, we will form a shortlist of suitable properties. We schedule appointments and accompany you to view the shortlisted properties, providing you with further details where appropriate. Once you have decided on a property we will negotiate on your behalf to help you get the best deal possible. We will support you through the purchasing process ensuring that the relevant property experts are involved and that due diligence is undertaken.
